Seisuke Knife Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit, exchange, or refund as long as the item is in its original packaging, shows no signs of use, and is in sellable condition.

There are no returns on saya, edge guards, or merchandise.

 

All return requests must be made within 2 weeks upon receipt of goods. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

 

Holiday Policy Extension

All purchases made between the last Friday of November and the last day of December have an extended return and exchange period. We will accept any items (excluding saya, edge guards, or merch) until 2 weeks after the New Year.

 

The return or exchange of a product will be accepted if any defect or damage which existed from the beginning or occurred during shipment is discovered as long as the product is returned to us (at our cost).

In cases where the product is returned due to any reason attributable to the customer, return of said product will be accepted only if it is unopened and unused, and is returned (at the customer’s expense). If there is any damage to the knife that is attributable to the customer there will be a restocking fee reserved from the refunded amount. 

 

Online Returns

Before sending your returned items, please e-mail us at info@seisukeknife.com so we can initiate the return process.

Please include your name, phone number, order number, reason for return, and desired action in the e-mail. Any items returned due to defect will be provided a prepaid return label.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility, except when the return is required due to an error on our part.

Once the product arrives at our store in Portland, Oregon, the amount which the customer paid to us will be refunded. In cases where the product is returned for any reason attributable to the customer, shipping fees will be deducted.

 

Local Returns

Walk-in returns are welcome anytime during store hours. We ask that you bring the items with their original packaging, as well as the receipt or order number.
