These knives are hand forged by Yoshimi Kato who is a certified traditional craftsman in Takefu, Fukui prefecture in Japan. These knives are made from Blue Super and have a razor sharp edge for clean cutting. The distinct design of the blade makes them a pleasure to view. These knives would be an ideal gift for any chef.
