Takeshi Saji is a famous Japanese-style knife maker. He makes one of the best Japanese knives by using traditional technique and combining it with his unique knife designs. This what gives his knives that adorable custom-made feeling.

"Vinno 1 is made from nickel, as the main component and does not contain any iron component, so there is a very low risk of rusting. It is also harder than your average stainless steel, and will stay sharper longer. The hardness of Vinno 1 is HRC 60 or more. This hardness is similar to V Gold No. 10 steel which is said to be the highest grade among the high grade cutting steel currently in widespread use."
