Sakai Takayuki Japanese Chef Series Silver steel No.3 Nakiri Knife. These Japanese knives do not rust. They are crafted following the blacksmith process of molding and polishing called "bladed" process. This series of Sakai Takayuki knives are honed from soft stainless steel and Yasugi steel and are produced domestically.

Use & Care
- Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.
- Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.
- Use a sharpening stone to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
